Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if I downgrade my plan?
- Your existing content is preserved. If you downgrade from Premium to Pro/Free, your project rooms will be locked in read-only mode. You can view everything but cannot make changes. Upgrade back to Premium anytime to unlock them.
- Can I upgrade mid-month?
- Yes! You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month, and your new features activate immediately.
- What if I exceed my upload limit?
- You won't be able to upload new tracks until you delete existing ones or upgrade to a higher tier. We never delete your content.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Account Settings → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
